As you may know, I've been unable to sell my Hetalia cookies lately since...I've moved to Japan and don't have an oven >_>;;

So, in lieu of baking these cookies myself...I'll let everyone else take a shot!

EDIT:
In lieu of many questions about the kind of tea that can be used in this recipe, I'd like to clarify that green tea in a tea bag will NOT work for this recipe. Repeat, DO NOT USE TEA LEAVES FROM A GREEN TEA BAG. You need Japanese matcha, which is a bright green tea powder. If you can't find it locally in an international store or a tea store, I suggest searching the internet. Also, be sure not to get pre-packed matcha-au-lait mix. If you've used the proper tea, your cookies should come out a lovely shade of green!
