These are awesome! I made the logs too small and they became those bite size cookies and I now have about a hundred of them but they are so good that between me and my mom we'll kill them. Oh and if you're gluten free like my mom them the recipe is perfect with the gluten free flour as well. ^-^
These are SO delicious. They are quick to make and the recipe is easy to follow. I found that the tea leaves become ground up more finely if you just put the sugar and the tea in the food processor first, without the flour. I made these for a party and everyone loved them.
